Fifteen to twenty minutes of warm sunshine through the day is amazing for pain relief. On bare skin! Lighting helps me cope with a transition between traditional cigarettes and vaping. I sort of miss not going outside for a smoke; but it’s easy to sneak a vape anywhere. People might notice a whiff of fruit. Run for your life!

Vitamin D from a sunny day is my idea of healthy. It helps to be blessed with a skin type that’s hard to tan (not sensitive to sunshine). Even though it takes longer to turn red or brown, the sun-kissed feeling lifts my spirit.
