Fate of a King

06. January 2019 wisdom 6

He sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.

The Fate of King Uzziah, 2 Chronicles 26:5

“Then Uzziah became furious; and he had a censer in his hand to burn incense. And while he was angry with the priests, leprosy broke out on his forehead, before the priests in the house of the LORD, beside the incense altar.” 2 Chronicles 26:19

Arrogance displeases the LORD.

Let’s keep it simple concerning Bible study. TruthUnvieled777 delivers a confusing ‘flat earth’ concept (at the link below). Also, when describing Jubilees Chapter 6:37, the calendar description is flawed (at least that’s what the narrator points out). Making a bold statement that NASA has lied, “the earth is flat,” discredits my confidence in the accuser.

NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is an independent agency of the United States Federal Government responsible for the civilian space program, as well as aeronautics and aerospace research.

There are many cults, religions, and deceivers in the world. Has been since the beginning. I’m convinced that if I keep my walk simple, my thoughts pure, and focus on kindness then my quality of life on earth has improved.

The Book of Jubilees had great influence on the formation of Islam.[18] In the Book of Jubilees there is the very same concept of revelation as in Islam: God’s words and commandments are eternally written on celestial tablets. (Wikipedia: Jubilees)

Let’s keep life simple. Personally, I prefer not knowing the origins of Islam, Catholic, etc. religions. Furthermore, less is more. The less I focus on corruption the better off I’ll be.

The Book of Enoch and the Church Coverup exclusion from the current Holy Bible is due to the early Roman Catholic church. Enoch vividly describes wicked angels that abducted and mated with women. The results became a hybrid race known as the Nephilim (giants, KJV).

Vaguely mentioned in Genesis 6, Genesis 3:15, 2 Peter 2:4-6, Jude 6-7), Enoch 1 has details. This book describes the fate of sorcerers, revelers, and people who follow the dark underworld.

[…] Accordingly, these angels taught mankind the “making of swords and knives, shields and breastplates (metallurgy); … magical medicine, dividing of roots (medicinal and hallucinogenic use); incantations, astrology, the seeing of the stars, the course of the moon, as well as the deception of man.”

By Noah’s time, “The earth also was corrupt […], and the earth was filled with violence… all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.” Gen 6:10-11. Afraid of the consequences, these angels appeal to Enoch to intercede with God on their behalf; God instead uses Enoch to deliver a message of judgment against them. […] God states that he would not forgive them for teaching mankind magical arts and warlike ways.

The book of Enoch is controversial because some bible scholars say it contradicts scripture. Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah. My theory, Noah would have treasured and learned from these scriptures.

” 9. And behold, he comes with myriads of the holy to pass judgment upon them, and will destroy the *impious, and will call to account all flesh for everything the sinners and the impious have done and committed against him.” (Chapter 1)

*not showing respect or reverence, especially for a god.

“The texts were written in the years between 300 and 100 BC. The Book of Enoch is not accepted as part of the Canon of Scripture as used by Jews, apart from the Beta Israel canon; nor by any Christian group, apart from the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and Eritrean Orthodox Church canon” Holybooks.com

The book of Hebrews enlists our faith:

By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. (Hebrews 11:5)
    Enoch

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
