Coffee hair

Coffee has beneficial oils that make the hair shiny. So, I’ve discovered a use for that left-over cooled down coffee brew. It tints my virgin hair as a free bonus. Virgin hair isĀ chemically unprocessed. Meaning no bleach, dyes, or perms. When my hair was chemically processed, hard water gave the ends an unwelcome damaged ombre effect. So, I chopped it off. Growing a new batch now.

It’s really simple to pour a dab of cold brewed coffee into a cup, dip your fingers in and… ah, just pour it on. Pour it on dry hair and use an old or preferably brown towel to absorb the drippings. If that towel ain’t brown, it will be coffee stained afterwards.

Coffee grounds are amazing soil conditioners.
