Prayer Answer
Started a fundraiser effort with the help of Facebook. Thank you Mark Zuckerberg! Daughter paid her rent. Now it’s back to square one. Mechanical failure in the rain, my son-in-law had an accident yesterday 2019-6-23. Single vehicle crash. Sadly in need of assistance again. Sad to be helpless. Even more sad is expecting people to know what prayer is all about. Action, compassion: Faith without results is dead.
Requesting prayers from strangers is risky. The poor have been exploited. Desperate people are often scorned, mocked, ridiculed and taken advantage of. Instead of being helpless, hopeless and isolated, faith is reassuring. Yet, peaceful rest is complicated. The learning experience opened a can of worms. Some of which is chilling. Nonetheless, fear is nothing. Uneasiness is only a survival tool.
Mission Accomplished:
As I mentioned, faith in God is never about looking for human beings to help out. Instead, it’s having the Lord’s spirit move people. Good or bad, the unexplained phenomenon is only one of the amazing things, one of the most precious things in the universe.
If I could be working, looking forward to a pay check, life would be much easier than living on the edge. Even then, my trust in humanity failed. My enthusiasm for life rubs people the wrong way. Not sure and no longer care why. It’s very difficult to ask for help when I’d rather be earning a living too.
